After Hours Emergency Support Available for 3BClean Customers
The Microsystems Solutions Center staff is available outside of normal business hours to provide emergency support to 3BClean customers. This service is intended to assist 3BClean customers who may encounter a serious issue requiring immediate support, such as a server outage, after the normal support hours provided by the Solutions Center.
Solutions Center phone support for 3BClean is available from 9 am - 9 pm EST or 2 pm - 2 am GMT/BST on normal business days and can be accessed by calling 630.598.1100. After hours emergency 3BClean support can be accessed by calling the number provided in the Customer Center.
Note: If you suspect 3BClean might be causing an email delivery problem, remove the 3BClean server from the mail flow by following these steps.
